How does CapstoneMD work with my insurance?
Our programs work in concert with almost all insurance carriers. We strongly advise you to carry personal health insurance as the cost of our programs are not covered by standard insurance policies. CapstoneMD is a compliment, not a substitute, for your health insurance.
Can I continue to use my current physician?
Our concierge program is an "add-on" to your existing plan and caregiver network. At your request, we can confidentially provide your current physician with any medical information gathered
Why do I need to come in for a health assessment?
This is a critical piece of our CapstoneMD "asset management" focus. It is a thorough evaluation based on age-related risk factors as well as past and current health concerns. Our strategy is to identify and aggressively manage your health risks.
Do CapstoneMD physicians accept children?
Yes. Most of our physicians are board certified in Family Medicine and welcome children of all ages (a few of our doctors specialize in Internal Medicine and do not see children.) Please ask about our affordable family rates are available.
If I become ill and/or require extensive medical services, will my membership fee increase?
No. Your relationship with CapstoneMD is not affected in the least by your health condition.
